| Introduction | I am Morgianna Defeufaucon. But call me Gianna or Gigi. My mother is a witch raised in northern Scotland met my father when she went to France on an Zoopharmacognosy expedition of the regions local magical creatures. Basically she wanted to know which plants magical creatures used to heal themselves. She graduated Hogwarts as a Ravenclaw and is happy that I am following in her footsteps. Unfortunately I do not know much about my father as he died when I was very young. There is a long family story about mixing potions with one of the new herbs that my mom had found, but that would be for another time. He did go to Beuxbatons (no, it is not only for girls) and was working at a local herbal store when he met my mom. While I did not take after my parents love of mixing potions and searching down interesting herbs I do use their discoveries in my work. |
| Interests | I work at Obscurus Books in publishing. Well more of the printing division not the actual bookstore. Many authors are ‘self-published’ but we print and bind the books for them. In this I have access to all sorts of books and the knowledge therein. :D I am responsible for sending new editions to the wizarding libraries all over the world. As such I am given access to these libraries and their not so public access holdings. Most of my vacations include trips to these private collections. :D |
