| Introduction | Eight years ago I had the good sense to marry a full-blooded Italian and thus acquired the name Ronda Giangreco. My passion in life is cooking. Last year my loving husband gave me the most incredible, if somewhat self-serving gift of a trip to a cooking school in Sorrento, Italy. I loved it so much, I went back a second time to study with a different chef. My specialties are handmade ravioli and Naples-style pizza. I have two great sons. They both got married this year to really fantastic women (Numerous wedding photos are available upon request!). Besides my recent trips to Italy, I've explored New Zealand, Germany, England and Ireland. I am working towards a degree in Philosophy with a minor in Theology. I'm interested in how religious thought has shaped societies. I'm also hoping to find ways to encourage people to replace myths with reason, slavish devotion to ancient texts with an acceptance of scientific realities and obedience to self-appointed "spiritual leaders" with a realization that one can possess a strong internal moral compass that is not predicated on a rewards system. |
