TARGET GROUP Our target groups basically are the urban poor women who are unemployed, underpaid, or engage in other poor jobs, and rural women and the youth in general, including children. These groups of people are noted to be most vulnerable as a result of poverty and their subordinating nature in society. However, the emphasis is placed on the rural dwellers that generally, are underserved so that they can be offered the opportunity of receiving a fair share of access to information on issues bordering their development, empowerment and general welfare. Nonetheless, the in-school youth and those out of school for one reason or the other, are not left out in this respect.
