Introduction	I am the Service Director at the Wisconsin Athletic Club - North Shore where I oversee our club maintenance and member/customer service and am involved with staff training/development as well as membership sales. The intention of this blog, my "business person" page, twitter feed, and LinkedIn account is to help anybody that reads it to learn, grow, and achieve their personal and professional goals. I'll be posting informational tidbits, quotes, and articles on areas such as: fitness, leadership, customer service, sales, time management, communication, branding, goal setting/achieving, and maybe a little bit about fatherhood and sports.
