| Introduction | Hello, my name is Jerry Braun. I was born in Saskatchewan. My family then decided to move to Penticton, B.C. and that’s where I spent the next 18yrs of my life. Shortly after school was finished I left Penticton and went up north to work on the oil rigs. I stayed up there for approximately 5 years. I knew that working up there wasn’t the career choice I wanted for my life, so I started looking for another job in Vancouver. I ended up finding a job with an acting agency downtown Vancouver. I got a few small roles here and there, but it all started to come together when I landed a job on Smallville as Tom Welling’s body double. I stayed with acting for 2 years, but once again it wasn’t the career I wanted. That brings me to where I am today. I started studying real estate and soon after starting, I met someone who was fully submersed in the industry. He took me under his wing and now for the last 1 and ½ I’ve been employed for a major developer out of West Vancouver. |
| Interests | Being outside doing anything is something that really interests me. I love to workout, rock climb, mountain bike, surf, play football, soccer ball, rugby, the list could keep on going, but I’m going to venture the guess that you get the point. |

| Favorite books | I don’t really spend too much time reading fiction books. The last book I read was a self-help book called, ‘Good to Great’ (I forget who the author was) |
