| Introduction | I zip up jackets, open waterbottles, colour rockets and make pinatas, sing songs, play with base ten blocks, implore children to hustle in Chinese (块点！）， stop tears, go on treasure hunts for giggles, instill love, collect hugs, teach compassion, make up card games with nouns and adjectives, recite spelling words while doing jumping jacks and count backwards from ten 13,098 times a day in order to motivate 12 little bundles of joy to do whatever task I just asked them to do. I am a first grade teacher... owing most of my successful moments only to Him above. |
