| Introduction | Master Qu Hai is a native of Yantai, hometown of Mantis and is an eighth generation master of Taiji-Meihua lineage. He is a closed-door disciple of Grandmaster Zhang Bing Dou, grandson of Li Kun Shan. Master Qu has studied Mantis since he was in his early teens and has a very deep knowledge of both application in combat and the health benefits. he is also a Doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and a master of Bagua Zhang. He teaches tradional Mantis forms and fighting to western students and continues to develop and research the style. His students have won many competitions in both forms and freefighting at international level |
