Introduction	My name is Eric Gustafson and I am a devoted CrossFit athlete and coach. Fitness and health mold and shape my life in every way. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Coach as well as a NASM-CPT, CrossFit Kettlebell, Nutrition, Movement & Recovery, and Kids Coach. Along with CrossFit I've recently fallen in love with Olympic Weightlifting via my exposure in and around the CrossFit world. I am constantly striving to improve my lifts and would like to compete on a novice level at some point. The pursuit of fitness and health have changed my life for the positive in every way and I try to expose my training clients to this every day. NO CEILINGS!
