| Introduction | I am originally from the state of Maine but have also lived in Maryland, Oregon and Colorado. Many years ago we lived in Australia for 6 months. From 2005 to 2010 we lived in Cambridge, England. During the summer of 2010 we moved back to Boulder, Colorado. I have been riding since I was about 10 and bought my first horse, Captain, a Park Police reject and kept him (happy I hope) for 16 years. Now I own Tetley, foaled 1996. He was a gift in return for my having engineered his rescue in winter 2007. It's a long story full of drama and intrigue. Against all odds Tetley came to me several times. And a lot of special people entered my life because of him. After such a dramatic entry into my life, how could I possibly leave him behind? Thus, the next phase - I flew him from England to the US July 2010 and now he is happily residing in Boulder, Colorado. |
