Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I've often considered this issue. A part of me thinks if anybody can pull of that pretentious, whispy man scarf thing, it is me. But I should have jumped on that bandwagon earlier. Not it would just be too much. Besides, since all of me can't be naked, something needs to be, right?
