Introduction	Misty was born in Sacramento, CA and raised in a household that did little to no cooking from scratch. She always loved being in the kitchen, but there wasn't much there for her at home to mimic. When she was twelve she became the only vegetarian in her household and was forced to learn very quickly how to fend for herself. When she was told by a friend she had an amazing gift for food she decided to go to culinary school at Bauman College. She now has a personal chef business to assist busy professionals with allowing them to have healthy easy to re-heat whole foods to look forward to when they return from a long day at the office.
