| Introduction | I'm just an average gal with a story that hopefully touches the lives of others through my journey. I grew up in the Virginia suburbs just outside of Washington DC. Met and married the love of my life and started a big city life that would quickly take a sharp turn I never dreamed. Deep in my heart God awakened who I really was and His adventure meant leaving everything I ever knew behind. A new life would be forged in the back woods of Maine where we would start a homestead, homeschool our two kids, and take roads I never dreamed. God is in every tiny detail of this life and I KNOW that without Him, I am nothing. My husband and I have a Facebook page and YouTube channel entitled "Dirt Road Pix" where we share our greatest love of photography & videography. If my adventures in pictures touch you in any way, it is my hope that in them you see that the God of this great big universe loves you deeply and in Him you will have peace and joy beyond your every dream . . . |

| Favorite movies | Those that end with a "Happily ever after" and don't ring out my emotions . . . ;) I like things that are light and happy and give hope in this dark world. |
| Favorite music | Country music . . . It grabbed me a long time ago and I truly love it. I also enjoy Christian contemporary/praise music. |
