Introduction	I've had an exciting and varied life in cities and remote outback Australian communities and I've been different things: a teacher, a tourism manager, and a nutrition consultant using herbal energy boosters, and now an author and a poet. But mostly I am 'me', which means I am energized every day. I studied life force energy and natural vitality for all of my adult years. Having discovered the secrets of how to tap into natural energy boosters for greater happiness and enjoyment it is now my pleasure and my passion to help others to do the same.

Favorite Books	'Giants of the Forest', Kim Wilkins, and other fantasy stories, as well as many motivational and inspirational fiction and non-fiction.

Made out of rose quartz and it will commemorate the victory of energy over lethargy and apathy.
