Introduction	My names Faisal, most call me Faz for short. This blog will be used, kind of like a journal, where a post and keep track of my improvements in life in general. This include my fitness improvements mostly, my psychological improvements (such as removing the ego) If I've gained confidence, social imporvement etc. I believe that we were born as blank slates, and everything we acquire are skills that we have learnt, through the years. This is a blog showing the skills I want to acquire and the journey towards perfection.
