While in Washington,DC served as Special Assistant to the Secretary of Commerce and as Deputy UnderSecretary, Department of Housing and Urban Development. In the legislative branch as Legislative Counsel to a United States Senator and Counsel and Minority Staff Director for the Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives. Prior to retiring and moving to Aiken, SC engaged as a Government and Legislative Consultant. |
