| Introduction | I started working in the bike industry in 1985. That was the same year I started racing. I've been at it ever since. I'm married with a young son who makes me laugh everyday. I've raced, coached and/or managed a team for 20+ years and on 3 continents. I've never been a star but I've had my days and am always willing to contribute to the team.
