About me

Introduction	I have lived in North Royalton since 1981, married 31 years to James, former North Royalton Police Chief, and have two daughters, Kristine an OSU Nursing graduate and Janelle a Bowling Green Environmental Health graduate. I grew up in Broadview Hts. and graduated from Brecksville High School. I am the granddaughter of Raymond Waibel and Marie Behal. The Broadview Heights town hall is situated on my grandfather’s farmland. My cousin, Joe Behal is the President of the North Royalton School Alumni Association and the Broadview Hts. Historical Society. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Kent State University and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama. I graduated from Case Western Reserve University Dental College with a degree as Expanded Dental Auxiliary. I have been employed with the Parma City Schools since 1978-79 school year. Prior to working as a teacher, I was employed at the Veterans Administration Hospital and a clinical instructor with Case Western Reserve University Dental College.
