| Introduction | After 5 hip arthroscopies and 1 open surgical dislocation or SDD, 1 hardware removal and gluteus medius repair, there is very little you cannot find on my blog. I have experienced cam and pincer femoroacetabular impingement, torn labrums, ruptured ligamentum teres , anterior capsule repair/ capsular shift, revision hip arthroscopy, exploratory hip arthorscopy, labral reconstruction, labral reconstruction using an allograft, hardware removal, glute repair and pregnancy after FAI surgery. I began my blog to document what I thought was a simple, straightforward issue. 7 surgeries later, there has been plenty to write about, very little of it being simple! I am a physical therapist, wife to J, mother to L, Jk and Zk. I hope my blog can help you as you deal with similar issues! Enjoy. |
