Introduction	I recently earned my BA in Organizational Management from Ashford University and currently pursuing a Masters in Learning and Teaching with Technology. I work for the 7th largest organization in the United States as an Associate Director of Training Delivery and have a team of 11 Sr. Training Managers. I am a native of California and enjoy spending time with friends and family.
Interests	Raider Football, crossword puzzles, reading anything that will improve my management skills and an occassional game of bowling or tennis on Wii.
