| Introduction | Previous specialist at Muritai School teaching with the dramatic inquiry approach: Mantle of the Expert. I have also worked as a schoolwide music specialist at Eastern Hutt School teaching with the Orff Schulwerk approach. In 2018 I completed my Masters of Education specialising in arts based learning and teaching through Waikato University. This study included research and teaching with the dramatic inquiry approach to learning, Mantle of the Expert, and the Orff Schulwerk approach to music education (Level 4 qualified). I am currently a doctoral candidate at Te Puna Wānanga: School of Māori and Indigenous Education, University of Auckland. In my current research I am focussed on settler-indigenous relational engagement in aesthetic education. I am also currently a teaching fellow in the fields of drama and music and movement education at Victoria University in the School of Education. |
