| Introduction | I'm mom to the Great Kate who was born with 1p36 Deletion Syndrome. I love her and my husband most but I also love a good story, road trips with no schedule, laughing with friends, people who strive to inspire others, a really good football game, food and dogs. I'm a Pacific Northwest transplant originally from Colorado. I also advocate for special needs children and their families, especially those effected by 1p36 Deletion Syndrome. I believe the measure of success is not how much you have at the end of your life but how well you have lived. |
