| Introduction | For most, a “good life” is low in worry and stress and high in love and peace. As someone who grew up very poor in a really dysfunctional household, I had no hope that such a life was possible. I believed life had to be hard and worry was the dominant emotion everyday. Then, at 30, I hit bottom. I was going through a painful divorce, had no job or money and 2 small children to support. I was so low I thought about throwing in the towel. Only something deep inside kept saying, "Don't give up. There has to be a better way!" About that time, I began reading every spiritual & motivational book I could get my hands on and my outlook slowly improved. I found a job and during my first week of work I came across a piece of paper that said, "Happiness is a Choice!" And it hit me. It IS that simple. No matter what’s going on, you can ALWAYS choose to be happy. And that basic insight changed my whole life. Today I have to best relationship of anyone I know, a lovely home, a sportscar, a great job and a life that has surpassed even my wildest dreams! Now I want to help others figure out how to have the life of THEIR dreams. Starting here. |
