Introduction	I am a mother of 3 kids who luckily eat pretty much anything, I have a fiance who is always hungry, and my own healthy appetite. I come from a long line of wonderful southern cooks who have taught me many tricks recently. I have to say I did not care to learn to cook back when my mother wanted to teach me however I wish I had, I could have saved alot of time screwing things up. I work full time so my postings may be sporadic however I plan on making them worth it.
