| Interests | Criminal law, Human & Civil Rights, politics, medicine, linguistics and writing: fiction novels and plays. Lastly, and perhaps strangely for an atheist, religion. Why? Because to understand another’s beliefs requires at least some working knowledge - or at least a willingness to learn - about the system upon which those beliefs are built. |
| Favorite movies | Anything David Lynch does. Except Dune - what crap that was. Anything the Cohen Brothers do. Except The Lady Killers - what utter crap that was. |
| Favorite music | Radiohead. That pretty much covers it! |
| Favorite books | To many to mention. But I do read a lot of Tim Winton; utterly brilliant, fresh and gets to the guts of a great story every time. |
