| Introduction | I'm a speech-language pathologist by day, in my 20's, who loves to cook but hates to waste food. I'm tired of throwing out items at the end of the week that have either gone bad, or that my palate has become bored of. I too often find myself eating frozen, fast, or prepared food instead of taking the time to plan,shop, cook and save!
