| Introduction | I am a wife to a surfer who is sadly landlocked, mom to a very smart 9 year old girl, an adorable 3 year old boy and a multitude of non-human babies. In 2010, we moved from Montana to a little town in North Dakota, where we live on a farm. And I am a Pirate at Heart! Buccaneers of the Pirate Family: Surfer Pirate = my cute husband, Pirate Maiden (formerly known as Pirate Munchkin) = our daughter, Pirate Mister (formerly known as Pirate Baby) = our little boy, Major Stede = our swarthy Rottweiler/Ausie/Akita, Miss Dampier = our loving pit bull, Captain Kitty = a feisty gray and white striped tomcat, plus a pirate dragon and a fuzzy tarantula. |

| Favorite movies | All of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies and The Pirate Movie (are you surprised?), The Italian Job, Gone in 60 Seconds, The Fast and the Furious, and then there are the classics like Gone With the Wind and Casablanca. My movie collection is fairly large and growing at least weekly, and I love every last one of them, so it's hard to make a list. |
