| Introduction | The Campus Green Gourmet Club is a 20+ year old social dining club located in the Campus Green neighborhood of Naperville Illinois, USA. The setup is, every other month from September through May each host couple will dine with three other couples at the hosts home. The host will assign the menu items from a pre-tested menu to the guests. The host couple is responsible for the entrée and all drinks for the evening. Each couple will host once during the year and will dine with different couples each meal during the year. The total cost of the meal is divided among the couples attending each meal. The average cost per meal is $45 per couple this includes all dinner drinks. The host couple covers all before and after dinner drinks. Couples that do not wish to host act as substitutes for couples with scheduling problems. In the 2006 year the club has 24 couples and 8 substitute couples. |
