We have been running hypnobirthing courses in Bristol since 2007 and have had some great stroies from mums and dads who have been on our courses. Hypnobirthing is not just about using hypnosis for childbirth, but also teaches you much a bout the birthing process and how to get the best out of the NHs system utilising the tools and techniques you will learn on the course.
