Introduction One day in September of 2006, while quietly living in hell, I was sitting in my living room reading a book by Ramesh Balsekar, Pointers from Nisargadatta. Ramesh asked a question. Instantly I felt something about the size and shape of a BB turn 180 degrees in the very top and center of my head. And then, suddenly, in an instant, I discovered my True Nature. Later, when thought returned, I assumed a lifelong quest had finally come to a close. I was wrong. I'd always heard that this profound recognition was the end of the spiritual journey. What I found out was that it is just the beginning. I spent the next four years in confusion. A lot of it was quite light and bright and beautiful, but it was still confusing. In early 2010 I talked to Adyashanti several times, and things began to change rapidly. In the autumn of that same year I first read and then contacted Scott Kiloby, who became my teacher. Scott and I spent time together through various venues and with his skillful guidance, there is now, at long last, peace of heart and mind here.
