| Introduction | A mother of four young children, ages 7,8,9 and 10; I have one son who has autism. I have spent several years studying biomedical treatments and different types of therapy. I received a Master's in business in 2001; but autism prompted me to go back to receive a Master's in Special Education with an autism emphasis. I recently received my Doctorate in Education. I am a franchisee of Taco John's Mexican restaurants and I manage commercial real estate. I do freelance writing mainly concerning: autism, home schooling, travel, and various business topics. A key note speaker at several franchise conventions, I mainly focus on specialized marketing seminars. I raise German Shepherd dogs. I live with my family on a farm; we enjoy dogs, horses, gardening and being outside. |
