IntroductionCan you really reduce your stress with a snap of a finger? Imagine how your life would be if you could handle the irritations, frustrations and overload easily and in a quick manner? As I struggled with my doctoral dissertation in 1994, I was too busy to exercise or eat healthy. I had high levels of stress and anxiety. At that time, I was an atheist and I was looking for non-religious and scientific stress reduction techniques. I was surprised at the immediate and effective stress relief I got with meditation and mindfulness techniques. Over the years, I created a three-step stress management system that has helped me relax-at-will, include healthy eating and fun activities as part of my daily routine. With just a few minutes of mindfulness practice, you can relax and reduce the stress in your life. This blog contains various topics that I cull out from my own practice, the internet and from my reading lists.
