| Introduction | Recently featured in PFP Magazine, September 2008, RKC, ISSA CFT, I am a fitness coach dedicated to transforming men and women through re-education and kick butt boot camps. I am also a mother to 4 beautiful daughters. I went through my own transformation losing over 50 lbs. in a year. My other job is a homeschool teacher to my 4 girls. I know first hand the struggles presented by homeschooling and the demands it makes on our time; however I appreciate the special relationships we build with our children and that makes it all worth it. |
