Introduction	Sometimes I just don't know what to make for dinner. My children ask what I'm making, I usually don't have an answer. I can be twenty minutes in and still don't know how things are going to turn out. I grab from the pantry and refrigerator hoping for the best. Most of the time the meal is a success. Sometimes we have a disaster on our hands. Off we go to the nearest pizza joint. Quickly.
