Introduction	Hi, my name is Rubina Akter and I came from Bangladesh two years ago to live with my husband. Currently, I live in Woodside, Queens. After coming here, I decided to further my Education. Therefore, I enrolled myself at LaGuardia College. It is a privilege to be part of Eng 101- 0796 class. I love attending LaGuardia College because I met people from different race, religion and ethnic background. I learn a great deal from my classmates about different food and culture. While I am not in school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, watching TV, listening to Indian music and cooking. I hope to improve my writing skill from Eng 101 class and pursue my education in Early Childhood Education.

Favorite music	Old Bangla and Hindi.
Favorite books	The 0ld Man and The Sea by Ernest Hemingway,The Color Purple by Alice Walker,Fasting Feasting by Anita Deasai and Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck.
