| Introduction | I have neglected my health for several years and tried almost every diet and fad there is. What I know works for me is inspiration. Most of us know what to eat and the amount of exercise we need, we even know that health is more than just the way we look, that it is most importantly about how we feel. What we need is to be motivated, excited and to hear from others like ourselves. I want a space to gather together inspiring stories, words and ideas. Hopefully this can be a space for all of that! |
