Introduction	With the ranks evenly divided between boys and girls here we often have to pick our battles carefully. For example, even making cookies at our house used to involve heavy politicking between children pushing their personal favorite - will they be chocolate chip or sprinkle cookies? I made both... once. Now we just make chocolate chip cookies with sprinkles on a semi-regular basis.
