Introduction	Writing has been an outlet for me at different times in my life, but especially after college graduation. I enjoy writing. It helps me to process through life's difficulties. I married the love of my life and have gone through what I would consider a great deal of change. Since we’ve been married, we have lived in 4 citiesand moved 10 times. At one time, we journeyed through several of the most stressful situations at one time. We moved to a new town, far from family and friends, bought a house, I was pregnant, and my husband started a new job. We’ve faced much together. Over the last decade or so, we've learned to trust that no matter how bad things get, they'll always work out somehow. It's in these struggles that I've come to see that in the times that look the darkest, there is always hope. The darkest time of the day comes before dawn. The metaphor of life being messy, like the back of a tapestry is an idea I love. It holds power for me. It takes me back to the rock on which I base my hope. The tapestry is not my hope, but an idea that reminds me of a hope that my life is not all I have. I will someday be able to see the other side of the tapestry.
