Introduction	Keith and Deborah Jaggers began their service to the kingdom of God at their home church in Chesapeake, Virginia. From humble beginnings, God has used Keith and Deborah to reach the lost in the Caribbean, Africa, Europe, South America and the United States! As respected small group leaders, they clearly exhibited a love for the brethren through prayer, healing and deliverance. This initial seed of their ministry is now experiencing a global return. MOSA was birthed in 1994 on a transcontinental flight from Ghana, West Africa to Norfolk, Virginia. While returning from a short term missions trip, God spoke to them simultaneously about moving to the field in full-time ministry. Keith and Deborah became ordained by their home church and this dynamic ministry team began sharing the love of God with the world.
