Introduction	I'm an empty-nester, married to my best friend who is also my "better half". (Tom has a full-time job keeping me in line, or so he thinks!) I come from an Italian-Irish family where everything revolves around food so I've had lots of practice over the years. I typically walk out the door in the morning with breakfast in my hand, lunch tucked under my arm, thinking about what I'm going to make for dinner! I'd like to share some of my culinary successes with those who want to listen.
