| Introduction | Dr. Ross is an ICF Certified Coach and is the Director for the Center for Church Development for the the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. Dr. Ross leads the conference's work in planting, transforming, and planting congregations in the North Texas area. Previously, Dr. Ross served as the founding pastor Christ's Foundry United Methodist Mission (La Fundición de Cristo) in Dallas, Texas. In 2002, Dr. Ross moved into the north Love Field neighborhood and began knocking on doors. By 2017, Christ's Foundry became the largest Spanish-language congregation in United Methodism. |
