Introduction	Amy Kincaid is the owner and founder of ChangeMatters, a management assistance firm located in the Washington, DC area that, for 10 years, has specialized in helping hundreds of nonprofits and social enterprises achieve stability and growth through improved strategy, planning, fundraising, and earned income. ChangeMatters helps nonprofit leaders strengthen their organizations and raise the money needed to make meaningful change. We have a special affinity for arts organizations, international programs, state and local service providers, entrepreneurial startups and progressive organizations at critical points of change. The firm’s name refers to the elements and activities necessary to create meaningful social change, the significance of donated money and earned revenue to this work, the challenge of organizational change, and the core belief that this work is important to do.
