| Introduction | Let's just say that I really have no clue what I'm doing. All I want, is to be real and honest in a way that scares the heck out of me. Why, you may be asking, would I intentionally do something that scares me to my core? Well, for one thing, I'm hoping this will be cathartic for me; to say things "out-loud" that I have been too scared to admit to almost anyone. My biggest motivation, however, comes from an experience I had a while back. I was reading an article from someone who has anxiety and it resonated with me so deeply that for a moment I felt heard; I felt like my fears were being understood. So, that's what I want to do for other people. Maybe by me sharing some of my thoughts and experiences I can give someone else that moment of feeling heard and understood. |
