| Introduction | I love reading blogs. There are so many people out there who share my interests in cooking, creating a beautiful home, looking good,and being healthy. I'd like to think I have something to share as well. So, about me...I am loving life in what I like to call my "next phase." The kids are grown and gone and its just my wonderful hubby and I. Having an empty nest opened up a whole new lifestyle that we'd never enjoyed while raising kids. Then, almost a year ago, I quit working so I could return to college and finish my degree. It's given me a completely different perspective on life in general. Although this last semester has been really challenging, I still have time to indulge in my love of cooking, reading, and home decor. |
| Interests | My biggest interest is definitely reading, but I also love cooking and trying new recipes, making my home a beautiful place to live, traveling to Hawaii, Florida, Mexico, and other tropical places. |
