Introduction	A native Jamaican who's also lived in NY and Texas. As a professional textile print designer, I've always been drawn to color and pattern especially those found in nature. I enjoy activities that allow me to express creativity such as gardening design, Interior Decorating, painting abstracts and florals. When I read, "My head is full of colors" a picture book full of colorful prints, and the hilarious "Sam's sandwich" I knew that I would someday create my own picture books.
