| Introduction | Madalena is currently a PhD candidate and lecturer at Maastricht University. Her research is on the information paradigm and the digital economy in EU consumer law. Madalena got her Bachelor degree in Law from the University of Lisbon in 2015 (cum laude). In 2017, Madalena graduated cum laude from the Research Master in Law program offered by Tilburg University and KU Leuven. Among other courses, she has taught Obligations Law, Property Law and currently teaches Comparative Contract Law. |
