| Introduction | Hi, I'm an aquatic marine organism that lives for the most part in colonies of other bryozoans. But no worries we get along just fine. Most of us are marine, while some are freshwater (the freshwater bryozoans think they're special because they can form jellylike colonies-- stuck-ups!) We are found everywhere really: on rocks, wood, blades of kelp and other algae. We can be found at depths of ~8000 meter, or shallow waters. Some humans find us a nuisance, because we grow on the bottom of ships and docks. Well all I have to say to that is: this was our ocean first ;p. BUT we are useful! we are being tested as anti-cancer drugs (GO bryostatin-1, GO!!!) To get a little personal, we can reproduce asexually and sexually (which is the funner than of two ;p).
