| Introduction | As the founder/managing partner of both DSS Technology (www.dsstechnology.com) and BI Technology (www.bitechnology.com), in Turkey, I’m responsible for business development, partner management, sales, presales and technical activities and product positioning in Business Intelligence landscape. Founded in 2001, DSS Technology was the only Business Objects distributor in Turkey until the acquisition of Business Objects by and is now the dominant BI player in the Turkish market with more than 120 enterprise customers. BI Technology has become the single distributor of QlikView starting January 2009 and now has more than 25 enterprise customers with QlikView. Prior to establishing these companies, I worked for Business Objects for 1.5 years as the Technical Services Manager responsible for EMEA and India. Before working in BI, I worked as a Billing Consultant for LHS in the GSM sector and also spent a number of years as a programmer in various companies. I wrote a programming book about Delphi in Turkish and also worked as a Technical Reviewer in Delphi COM Programming book which was published by McMillian Press in 1999 |
