About me

Introduction	I grew up loving sewing at my Moms old singer sewing machine making clothes and crafty things. My journey into quilt making starting in 1978 when I came to live in Canada, it was a way of getting out and meeting people and also a new craft to learn. Over the years though I still love quilt making my journey has taken a different direction, when I joined a online art group. I must admit it has stretched me and made me think outside the box! For the last 8-9 years I have been thread painting it seems to be where my passions are. I show and sell my work at galleries, small gift stores and a Christmas Show. I belong to a group called Kindred Spirits and this group stimulates my creative juices to the different techniques out there.
