Introduction	I completed my masters degree in psychology in 2001, and have spent the years since traveling and incorporating eastern yoga philosophy with a blend of western psychology into my life and practice. I have studied with Rebecca Wu in Indonesia, Neil Barker (student of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois) & Sonja Rzepski in Thailand. Most recently I studied in India with A.G. Mohan (student of Sri T. Krishnamacharya). And completed a semester of coursework in TCM in Tucson, Arizona. Currently I am teaching English in Korea, while learning even more about Eastern culture. I hope this blog offers some insights of life, the world, and the mind/body connection.
