| Introduction | We moved to the outer fringes of Parramatta in June 2009 and now have plenty of space for a herb and vegie patch. Fingers crossed this will include a fruit that I grew up with - the Quince! I made my first batch of quince jam on Friday 21 May 2010 and have since branched out and created a couple of my own. I hope you give them a go. It's so worth it! I also have a little shop on Etsy selling sweet Vintage pieces for your home....... love vintage! love food! maria xx |
| Interests | cooking for family and friends using fresh ingredients from our garden, pottering in the vegi patch, playing dinosaurs and babies with the kids, bookclub, checking out 2nd hand and vintage shops and good old Vinnies and salvos, collecting old tablecloths and doilies, loves devouring bacon and eggs when my son is having a sleepover at Nana's house, really really wants to cook for a living, numbers, chocolate, delicious red wine, our little Etsy shop!, weddings, photography, sleeping in (like that happens!) |
